Policy

Every piece is made to order, by hand, for the person who ordered it. That shapes how returns work here.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your piece arrives to ask for a return. It needs to come back in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

We issue store credit rather than money back. The credit does not expire, and it can go toward anything in the shop, including a commission.

Custom commissions and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned. They are made for one person and cannot be made again.

Sizing

If you are unsure of a ring or cuff size, write to us before you order and we will help you work it out. We would rather spend ten minutes on that than have a piece come back.

How To Start A Return

Email hello@studiomacon.co with your order number. We will send you a shipping label. Once the piece reaches the studio and we have checked it over, we issue your credit.

If Something Arrives Damaged (Or Wrong)

Tell us within 7 days and send a photograph. We will put it right.
